FiltaFry provides an environmentally-friendly mobile on-site service for the microfiltration of cooking oil, a vacuum-based fryer cleaning, as well as full-service fryer management. Regular visits from our service professionals extend the lifespan of the frying fat by up to 100%, which represents a considerable cost saving.
Using a specially developed microfilter system, the frying fat is pumped out of the fryer at operating temperature. In the process food remnants and health-hazardous carbons are filtered out. After the fryer has been cleaned, the filtered and clean fat is repumped into the fryer, which is immediately ready for use again. This service lasts approximately 20 minutes and causes minimal disruption.

Our service also encompasses supply of kitchen equipment, cleaning products, clothing and delivery of frying fat or oil upon request. Disposal of the used fat for recycling purposes (biodiesel) is also part of the FiltaFry service.
