Florian Wilke joins Filta as Assistant Business Development Manager.

Despite Corona and the closure of many customer businesses in the restaurant & hotel, community and event catering sectors, Filta Deutschland has developed in recent months from a mobile deep fryer management provider plus additional services to a full-service provider for commercial kitchens.
In order to successfully expand this path, Filta Deutschland is expanding its team and is bringing on board the 39-year-old Florian Wilke from Bielefeld as Assistant Business Development Manager. He will be primarily responsible for franchiser support and sales of the newer services.
From now on, these will include FOG management including grease separation and automatic cleaning of extraction systems with FiltaVent. Wilke will also continue to expand the service areas FiltaShield, FiltaDrain and FiltaSeal.
“As a trained industrial specialist for food, I am looking forward to the new tasks at Filta, which with the scope of its mobile service offer is truly unique on the German market and is also of interest to many industries outside the catering trade,” says Wilke.
Filta - mobile full service around the deep fryer - was founded in the UK in 1996 and operates on a franchise basis. It is now established in many countries around the world and has also been active in Germany and Austria (since 2018) since 2015 with FiltaFry Deutschland GmbH, which has been part of the Filta Group since 2018. The concept includes filtering and cleaning the cooking oil as well as cleaning the fryers on site, including acceptance and professional disposal of the used oil. Filta delivers fresh oil on request and takes care of refilling the fryers. In addition, Filta offers other mobile services: direct on-site manufacture of refrigerator seals, regular chemical-free drain cleaning and disinfection, and state-of-the-art solutions in the field of grease separation and permanent cleaning of fume hoods. Customers include restaurants and snack bars, hotels, caterers, sports venues, amusement parks, refectories, canteens and many more.
